Job Description

Our client is seeking a full-time Real Estate Paralegal to join its busy real estate practice. This role focuses on residential and transactional real estate matters and requires Spanish fluency to support a diverse client base.

Support real estate transactions from contract to closing Draft, review, and organize legal documents and closing files Communicate with clients, attorneys, realtors, lenders, and title companies Review and interpret title commitments and prepare closing statements Ensure accurate and timely document execution Translate and communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients Maintain organized records and coordinate key deadlines

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in residential or transactional real estate Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) Excellent organizational and communication skills Familiarity with closing procedures and documentation Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
