New York , NY 10017 **Contract End Date:** 7/31/2027 **Bill Rate:** $55/hr **Job Overview** The Real Estate (RE) Operations team supports commercial real estate investment activities across the platform. The preferred candidate will have knowledge of commercial real estate processes and operations. **Key Responsibilities and Duties** + Support property and asset management operations across all sectors within Nuveen Real Estate Americas. + Collaborate within the team to onboard and offboard investments. + Work with the team to create an organized document repository system. + Assist with updates to NRE policies and procedures. + Monitor completion and timeliness of requirements in key risk areas. + Assist with contact management and communication protocols with third-party property management firms. + Collaborate cross-functionally with Asset Management, Accounting, Legal, and various shared service groups within Nuveen. + Identify opportunities for increased efficiencies and improved organization within real estate processes. + Act as a liaison between Marketing and NRE to ensure the communication strategy is effectively executed.
