What does a Real Estate Instructor do? The Part-Time Real Estate Instructor position at Bridgerland Technical College, under the administrative authority of the Utah Division of Real Estate, plays a pivotal role in upholding the College's mission. In this capacity, instructors will teach high school students essential state and national laws to adequately prepare them for the real estate licensure exam. Key responsibilities include tracking student attendance and progress, conducting follow-up calls, and providing test reviews. Instructors will maintain high levels of student engagement by developing relevant and current curriculum, instructing on pre-licensing modules, and ensuring compliance with Utah Code R162-2f-206d. To be eligible, candidates must pass the certification exam with a score of 80 percent or higher, participate in instructor development workshops, and commit to ongoing education as mandated by the state. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary, making this role both dynamic and impactful. Does this sound like you?
