Job Description
Represent lenders in a broad range of real estate finance transactions Support complex acquisitions, financings, and development-related matters Draft and negotiate loan documents, ancillary agreements, and closing materials Manage diligence and closing checklists and help drive deals to the finish line Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, title companies, and internal teams Conduct legal research and produce clear, business-minded written work product Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy, documentation, and transaction executionQualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) required Active license to practice law in the State of Minnesota 1+ year of real estate transactional experience required Experience representing lenders in real estate finance transactions strongly preferred Strong research, writing, and academic credentials Large law firm experience strongly preferredWhy You’ll Love Working Here
