**This is a remote position*** **Job Overview** The Director of Real Estate leads the strategic planning and execution of Citi Trends real estate portfolio to support growth and market expansion. This role oversees site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, relocations, and closures while partnering cross-functionally to align real estate decisions with long-term business objectives.
