Beacon Hill's client, a nationally recognized Am Law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to support their team on homebuilder matters. This role is exclusively dedicated to homebuilder work, and the selected attorney must be comfortable with a single‑focus workload (no split responsibilities).

Location: Onsite - Raleigh, NC 27603. Candidates must be Raleigh-based and able to work onsite at least 4 days per week, with a strong preference for 5 days per week.Start: ASAPDuration: 6 months to start, very likely to extendHours: 35-40 hours per weekPay: up to $85/hour, depending on experience

Qualifications:

Active North Carolina bar license in good standingLaw firm experience and/or in-house experience with a homebuilderStrong general real estate backgroundWillingness to focus exclusively on homebuilder mattersRequired homebuilder experience:Draft purchase and sale agreements and lot contractsDraft closing documentsReview title and survey mattersPrepare homeowners' association (HOA) documentsDraft easement agreements and ancillary development documents
