Beacon Hill's client, an Am Law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with hands-on experience in easements, closing checklists, title review, surveys, and due diligence to support their team.

Location: Remote (Seattle, WA-based candidates)Candidates must be licensed and reside in the same jurisdiction (Washington State).Start: ASAPDuration: 6+ months with potential for extensionConcurrent Work: Candidates cannot perform any concurrent legal workHours: Part-time (approximately 20-30 hours/week; may increase depending on skill set)Pay: $80-$95/hour, depending on experience

Required Experience:

Active bar license in good standing in the state of residence (Washington)4+ years of dedicated real estate experienceExperience with easements, closing checklists, title review, surveys, and due diligenceAbility to work independentlyStrong writing skills
