Real Estate Analyst
Job Summary:Work within the Real Estate Department gathering and analyzing comparative data for real estate transactions and portfolio managementAbility to prepare and present site selection overviews for sites to be acquired or leased, including market analysis, location specifics, and property value.Create proposals, presentations and financial reports for real estate opportunities.Create and maintain informational programsProvide statistical and analytical reports as required in support of managementProperty management functions for national contract services to include processing invoicesContract preparation and reviewSpecial projects assigned as neededCreate RFP guidelines for national agreements, analyze data and recommend final vendorsPrepare real estate tax appeal analysisCoordinate with public officials on matters related to zoning regulations and property usage.Regular attendance is required.This is not an all-inclusive list of job requirements and/or duties and may not contain all mental and physical capabilities necessary to perform the job at all times due to circumstances. Employees are expected, and must be able to perform all such duties and tasks.Qualifications:High School Diploma or General Educational Degree (GED), College degree in Real Estate or Business Administration preferred; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent backgroundThree to five years analytical experience and contract knowledge preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Access with prior use of Access database management – creating new databases & changing existing databases)Ability to prioritize tasks & manage time wiselyStrong verbal & written communication skillsAbility to review & understand real estate legal, lease and general contract languageAbility to solve problems involving several options in situationsMust be able to lift approximately 20 lbs., or more if required by the essential functions of the jobMust be able to comply with all company policies, rules, procedures and Code of ConductMust be able to interact well with othersMust be able to work independently, or in a team settingMust be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high volume environment with multiple prioritiesResponds well to questions; Ability to read, interpret and comply with written information and documents such as safety rules, operations / procedure manuals and maintenance instructions with a high comprehension and concentration level to include the ability to meet deadlinesMust pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug and/or alcohol tests, and will be subject to a criminal history background checkMust be authorized to work in the United StatesPhysical Demands:
