Job Description
The Real Estate Acquisition Agent will be provided with the necessary tools and support to identify potential sellers. This position requires a motivated and results-oriented individual who is articulate, persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented, with the ability to consistently close transactions smoothly and successfully. The role involves reaching out to prospective sellers, networking with investors and industry professionals, and leveraging relationships across company divisions.
ResponsibilitiesExecute the acquisition sales process efficiently.Respond to all leads promptly to drive business forward.Collaborate within the division to meet individual and team budgets and targets.Utilize lists to contact property owners for lead generation and property acquisition.Source new real estate investment deals through emailing, cold calling, and canvassing real estate owners and industry professionals.Build trust with prospects and customers to identify concerns, solve problems, and close deals.Manage leads through a sales funnel using customer relationship management tools and best practices.Assess comparables, property values, conditions, and risks through research and analysis.Prepare and utilize ROI spreadsheets, estimating tools, contracts, letters of intent, and market research reports to close transactions.Lead the creation and execution of advertising plans to achieve company targets.Create and manage physical and digital marketing campaigns, collaborating with the marketing team.Engage with prospective clients through consistent social media content posting.Manage lists to locate owners of vacant or undervalued properties.Create and manage lists of buyers and sellers internally and externally.Complete and submit weekly reports to the Director of Real Estate Development as per schedules and deadlines.Essential SkillsMinimum of 5 years experience in real estate, construction, or related fields.Knowledge within construction/renovations/services to estimate replacement/renovation costs.Active learning and listening skills.Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Mathematics proficiency for problem-solving.Reading comprehension for work-related documents.Effective speaking and writing skills.Proficiency in the English language.Computer skills, including Google Workspace and QuickBooks.Detail-oriented approach to tasks.Self-starting and autonomous work style.Integrity in salesmanship to meet sales goals.Management of financial resources.Additional Skills & QualificationsReal Estate License is a plus.Ability to learn new software systems and processes.Work Environment
The position primarily involves first shift hours, but flexibility is required due to the nature of the real estate industry. The role requires regular standing, sitting, walking, and frequent use of hands for various tasks. The employee must be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds. At times, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, and grasping may be required. Visual acuity is necessary for viewing computer terminals, performing assessments, and preparing data.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
