Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a dedicated Reach Truck Operator to join their team. As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations team, supporting efficient inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Reach Truck Operator

Location: Memphis, TN

Pay Range:  $16.50 to $18.00 per hour 

Shift:  1st shift/ 2nd Shift some Weekends 

What's the Job?

Operate reach trucks to move, locate, relocate, and stack merchandise within the warehouse Ensure accurate and safe handling of inventory in compliance with safety standards Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any issues promptly may work in a refrigerated area  Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals

 Prior experience required; no training will be provided Ability to operate a reach truck safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
