**Job Title: Reach Truck Forklift Operator** **Job Description** As a Reach Truck Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for moving materials efficiently and safely around various facilities such as warehouses and storage spaces. Your primary role will involve operating a reach truck forklift to ensure that materials and products are always positioned correctly to maximize efficiency. Prior experience in driving reach truck forklifts is essential for this role. **Responsibilities** + Unload materials from incoming vehicles and place them in pallet racks. + Locate products in racks using an RF scan gun. + Pull customer orders when required. + Fill pick locations from overstock bins. + Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and perform regular maintenance, including charging and watering the battery. + Help maintain a safe and orderly environment within the facilities. **Essential Skills** + Proven experience as a reach truck forklift operator. + Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with forklift, reach truck, stand-up forklift, material handling, inventory, and order pulling. + Ability to use an RF scanner. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a lot of room for growth and be part of a great culture. **Work Environment** The role is set in a warehouse environment where you can wear comfortable clothing suitable for the temperature. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, VA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
