Job Description
Work across multiple departments within a distribution center, performing tasks in case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, and replenishment. Operate material handling equipment to efficiently move inventory within the facility.
Responsibilities
Use material handling equipment to locate and deliver products, supplies, and equipment to designated areas.Assist with staging and loading orders into trucks for customer delivery.Verify quantity and quality of incoming products from vendors and distribution centers.Use packing list information to collect items for customer orders, including building and wrapping pallets of products.Examine and inspect stock items for wear and defects, notifying management of inventory issues.Return misplaced products to proper storage areas.Maintain a clean working environment in accordance with company safety policies.Perform inventory control functions as needed.Refer complex or unusual problems to a supervisor.Exercise judgment under general supervision in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques.Essential Skills
Experience with RF scanning, picking and packing, forklift operation, pallet jack handling, order picking, cherry picking, reach truck, and clamp truck.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds in a physical environment.Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes.Ability to make repetitive movements, such as using a 10-key or calculator, bending, or squatting.0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with forklift equipment, including stand-up/reach truck, cherry picker, and electric pallet jack, is advantageous.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The position is based in a large 500,000 sq ft distribution center with 250 associates distributed across different shifts. The warehouse supplies appliances to customers, handling direct and commercial orders. Employees can expect exposure to factors such as temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noises, and fumes. Openings are available for multiple shifts, and overtime is available with supervisor approval.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
