Job Title: Reach Truck OperatorJob Description

Join one of the largest logistics companies in the world, operating over 50 warehouses in Canada alone. This role supports operations in Ontario, handling meat products from production to distribution centers. As a Reach Truck Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement and storage of goods within our facilities.

ResponsibilitiesStart your shift by attending the meeting board and signing out necessary equipment such as the RF Scanner and Dock Stocker (MHE).Utilize the RF Scanner to identify locations and tasks, such as case picking orders like boxes of bacon and chicken wings.Build full pallets while maneuvering through the warehouse, handling weights from 5-30lbs.Stage completed pallets and proceed to the next order.After an initial 3-4 months focused on case picking, receive training on reach truck operations for high-level case picking and some receiving tasks.Work consistently in fridge and freezer environments.
Essential Skills6 months experience operating Crown Reach truck or Dock Stocker (MHE/Stand up forklift).6 months experience with RF Scanner.Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly.Comfortable working in fridge and freezer environments year-round.
Additional Skills & QualificationsHaving a vehicle is advantageous due to the location in Puslinch.

The pay range for this position is $25.50 - $26.25/hr.
