**Job Title: Reach Truck Operator** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Reach Truck Operator, working in the warehouse side of a bustling production facility. Spend the majority of your day, approximately 70-80% of your shift, on the forklift. You will handle racking large skids in tall racking systems and loading and unloading docked trailers. Additionally, you will manage customer orders and receive inbound orders using our Warehouse Management System (WMS). **Responsibilities** + Operate forklift and handle material efficiently. + Rack large skids in tall racking systems. + Load and unload docked trailers. + Pull customer orders and receive inbound orders using the WMS system. **Essential Skills** + Experience with stand-up forklifts, particularly Crown brand. + 1 year of experience with stand-up forklifts or 3+ years with standard Raymond reach or dockstocker. + Proficiency in material handling. + Knowledge of WMS systems and RF scanners. + Ability to lift 10-20 lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Inventory management skills. + Ability to stand for 12 hours. **Why Work Here?** This is a growing company offering long-term permanent opportunities, with guaranteed pay increases after 4 months. The facility is slightly warm , but forklift operators primarily work right outside the production area, going in and out of production doors to pick up fully packed products. As a food manufacturing facility, the environment is incredibly clean and tidy. Shift hours are from 7 am to 3:30 pm.
