Job Description
The Forklift Operator will play a crucial role in the receiving dock operations by efficiently handling shipments using various types of forklifts and scanning equipment.
ResponsibilitiesUtilize stand-up High Reach forklift to perform picking and putaway functions.Utilize RF scanning equipment to scan bar codes on wrapped skids and enter the shipment into the warehouse management system.Use stand up reach trucks, preferably Crown brand, and cherry picker forklifts to transport skids from staging areas to the warehouse for put away.Essential SkillsMinimum of 1 year of forklift experience, with 2+ years preferred.Prior experience with stand up Crown high reach forklifts.Experience in loading and unloading trucks.Proficiency in using RF scanning equipment.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in shipping and receiving operations.Ability to enter received shipments into warehouse systems.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is in a receiving area with approximately 23 bay doors where trucks are unloaded. The dock is not climate controlled, requiring employees to work both indoors and outdoors. Openings are available on the B/D Team from 4 p.m. to 4 a.m.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.81 - $22.81/hr.
