We are seeking a skilled Reach Forklift Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will operate reach trucks in a cold storage facility, performing tasks such as putaways, picking items, and using RF scanners. This role requires precision in handling and maneuvering within a 30-degree environment.
ResponsibilitiesOperate standup reach truck forklift to perform putaways and pick items.Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and orders.Break down pallets and move skids efficiently.Print and complete orders using a computer system.Stage, wrap, and handle picks manually when necessary.Load and unload trucks, ensuring the safe handling of goods.Build orders accurately and efficiently.
Essential Skills1-2 years of experience in a similar role.Proficiency in operating a reach forklift and stand-up forklift.Experience in material handling and inventory control.Ability to work effectively in a cold storage environment at 30 degrees.
Additional Skills & QualificationsBilingual abilities are a plus.Experience with electric pallet jacks.Knowledge of using inventory control systems.

Work Environment
Work in a cold storage warehouse set at 30 degrees, equipped with inventory bays for storing items. The company provides necessary cold-weather gear such as jackets, gloves, bibs, and suits. Employees can wear their own hoodies, jackets, and hats to stay comfortable during shifts. Shifts available include 1st shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and 2nd shift from 3:30 p.m. to midnight.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
