**Job Title: Reach Forklift Operator** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team at a leading building supply company as a Reach Forklift Operator and Warehouse Associate. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently picking and loading orders. This position offers a blend of indoor and potential outdoor work, with significant interaction with customers and team members. **Responsibilities** + Operate a reach forklift and perform warehouse duties, including picking and loading customer orders. + Prioritize customer orders by handbombing and operating the forklift 80% of the day. + Unload and store incoming supplies, and prepare picks for pre-ordered customer items. + Use RF scanner to accurately pick and manage inventory. + Possibility to work outdoors after 2-3 months, predominantly operating a sit-down forklift. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 1 year experience in a narrow warehouse environment. + Ability to lift 50 lbs continuously, with occasional lifting up to 80 lbs with a partner. + 1 year experience in customer service and counterbalance forklifts (propane/electric). + Certification for stand-up (reach and dockstocker) and sit-down forklifts. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with RF Scan guns. + Dockstocker and sit-down forklift experience. + Previous experience in the building supply industry is beneficial. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth.
