**Job Title: Reach and Power Pallet Operator** **Job Description** This role involves operating a reach and center rider for order picking. The candidate should be capable of lifting 50lbs regularly, with assistance for heavy or awkward items as needed. An RF scanner will be used to scan out orders. **Responsibilities** + Operate reach and center rider for order picking. + Lift items weighing up to 50lbs regularly with assistance for heavier items. + Use RF scanner to track and process orders. + Load and unload trailers efficiently. + Engage in shipping and receiving tasks. + Ensure accurate order picking and put-away. **Essential Skills** + At least 1 year of reach experience, or 6 months of recent experience. + Experience in shipping and loading trailers. + Capability to perform heavy lifting up to 50lbs. + Ability to walk or stand for 8 hours. + Proficiency with RF scanners. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with center rider power pallet (end rider experience is acceptable with willingness to learn center rider). + Order picking and put-away experience. + Motivated and positive attitude with forward-thinking capabilities. **Why Work Here?** This facility is renowned for its busy and consistent operations, even during economic slowdowns, due to its wide distribution range.
