**Equipment Operator – Reach Truck/Cherry Picker** 📍 Fresno, CA | Beauty & Cosmetics Distribution Center Join a leading **beauty and cosmetics distribution center** where teamwork, reliability, and operational excellence drive success. Our facility plays a critical role in ensuring products reach customers nationwide, making this an opportunity to be part of one of the largest and most dynamic industries in retail. **This role requires an interview with our client before placement.** **Pay Rates** + $19.50/hour – 1st shift + $20.00/hour – 2nd shift **What You’ll Do** + Safely operate **reach trucks and cherry pickers** . + Move, stage, and store products at heights up to 42 feet. + Accurately pick, scan, and replenish inventory. + Assist with general warehouse tasks such as packing or sorting when not on equipment. + Perform daily equipment checks and follow all safety procedures. + Work effectively in a team environment to achieve daily productivity goals. **What We’re Looking For** + Must be **18 years or older** + Minimum **1 year of reach truck or cherry picker experience** required. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and climb stairs. + Reliable transportation to and from the facility. + Strong record of attendance and punctuality. + Familiarity with RF scanners preferred. **Additional Information** + Overtime is mandatory and may include scheduled days off. + Background check and drug screen required. + Dress code: warehouse casual (closed-toe shoes required; no hoodies, jackets, cargo pants, or inappropriate graphics). + Full-time roles may be eligible for benefits, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off. **This employer follows the California Fair Chance Act.** **Apply now** to start a rewarding career with Manpower.
