Are you ready to be a key player in managing Spectrum’s expansive real estate portfolio? As a Real Estate Records & Portfolio Specialist, you will handle day-to-day lease administration, manage lease abstractions, critical dates, and financial aspects like landlord invoices and audits. You will work with approximately 25 million square feet and 3,400 properties, supporting strategic real estate decisions. This role emphasizes data integrity and consistency, requiring collaboration with Corporate Services, business stakeholders, and legal counsel.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Property and lease administration services, which may include: Abstract and interpret commercial lease documents (leases, amendments, subleases)Rent analysis and rent payment processingVendor/landlord relationship managementResolve of rent and other landlord/tenant issuesReview annual landlord reconciliation statements and real estate tax calculations to ensure accuracy and lease complianceData entry and data management of lease documentsTrack and maintain critical datesRespond to questions with regard to procedures, lease interpretation, and billing calculations scan documents, open/distribute mailMonitor central lease administration mailboxSpecial projects as assigned by manager Perform other duties as requested

The base pay for this position generally is between $22.30 and $40.80. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
