Job Description Summary

We look for someone that able to oversees the technical integrity, quality, and safety of all electrical installation works during data centre construction. This role ensures that electrical systems—including MV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS, generators, grounding, cabling, and EPMS—are installed, tested, and commissioned in accordance with design specifications, international standards, and data centre performance requirements (Tier‑III/Tier‑IV). The position works closely with contractors, consultants, vendors, commissioning agents, and internal stakeholders to deliver the project on time, on budget, and with zero defects.

About the Job:

Oversee electrical construction works to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and quality standards.Conduct inspections and QA/QC checks, including verifying shop drawings, material approvals, installations, and punch‑lists.Support testing and commissioning ensure accurate as-built documentation and technical handover.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other MEP teams to resolve site issues, manage RFIs, and maintain construction progress.Ensure safety and regulatory compliance by enforcing EHS procedures, LOTO, electrical work permits, and adherence to local codes.

About You:

Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.5–10+ years of electrical engineering experience in data centre, industrial, power plant, or mission-critical construction projects.Strong experience with MV/LV distribution, UPS systems, generators, grounding, and protection systems.Familiarity with commissioning procedures and factory testing (FAT/SAT).Knowledge of international standardsExperience reviewing technical drawings (IFC, shop drawings) and managing QA/QC inspections.
