- 상업용 부동산 국내외 Market research 및 관련 Data analysis

- 신용카드 빅데이터 Data analysis

- 소비자 트렌드 및 소비행태 동향 파악

- 컨설팅 보고서 작성

About you

- PPT, EXCEL, WORD 프로그램사용능력 상

- 부동산 자문사의 인턴 및 업무 경험자. 특히, 상업용 부동산 시장 및 리테일 섹터에 대한 높은 관심을 가지신 분

- 부동산 자문업의 다양한 서비스라인에 대한 기본적 이해를 갖추신 분 (컨설팅, 임대차, 매입매각, 운영 등)

- 그 외 자산운용사, 회계법인, 전략컨설팅, 공간기획 및 크리에이티브, 브랜딩 등에 대한 경험을 보유하신 분 선호

- 외국어 커뮤니케이션 가능자 선호 (비즈니스영어 및 영어문서 작성가능자 선호)
