What We Are Looking For: \n\nWe are seeking RBTs\/Registered Behavior Technicians \nTechnicians who share our enthusiasm for empowering young children affected by autism. \nOur work goes beyond routine employment - it's about creating a welcoming atmosphere where you feel valued, appreciated, and empowered.\n\n

Duties: \n\nYour role as a Child Interventionist involves working directly with children, \nUsing Play-Based activities to teach essential skills such as communication, sharing, and social interaction. \nWe provide comprehensive training to ensure you feel confident and capable in guiding these children toward growth and development.\n\n

 \n

Competitive compensation: Earn $17.00 - $19.00 hourly, based on your experience, education, and certifications.\n

Schedules: \n

Full Time: M-F 8AM-4PM - 30+ Hours\/Week \n

Part Time Flexibility: 3-5 days during the week; 15-30 hours per week \n

What Qualifies You:\n\nEducation: High school diploma or equivalent.\nACTIVE RBT Certification \nPassion for Children: A genuine love for working with children.\n\n\nDriver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.\n\n\nPositive Attitude: Strong interpersonal skills for working with children and families.\n\n

Physical Requirements:\n\nThis role involves working in natural environments, occasionally requiring lifting or moving up to 50 lbs. and maintaining various postures for extended periods.\n\n
