What is the opportunity?
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Dublin office on a 9 month FTC basis. The role of an Administrator is to assist the business in relation to the client onboarding process and associated projects.
What will you do?
Review and update systems in relation to client data, ensuring adherence to both RBC Brewin Dolphin process and AML Regulatory requirements.
Liaising with Investment Managers to ensure accurate information is obtained.
Following the process through by updating all relevant systems to allow efficient capture of client data.
Assistance with other ad hoc administrative duties as required
Assist team members as required and works effectively with colleagues
Liaise with Compliance and Financial Planning departments as required
Work closely with Investment Managers on all client related matters
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Good numeracy skills and strong attention to detail.
Clear and concise communication skills – oral and written.
Ability to meet deadlines and work within restricted timescales.
The ability to work efficiently and accurately with both internal and external systems.
Skills to prioritise workload and identify when support is needed to achieve goals.
Nice-to-have
Experience in an AML role, or QFA qualification.
