The lululemon Liaison Office (LLO) team is dedicated to ensuring our components are produced of the highest quality, delivered when we need them, and manufactured with partners who share our commitment to elevating the world. Not only do we manage the production of great product at an exceptional quality level, we also build great relationships.


A day in the life Develop and commercialise a fabric toolbox that meets the determined technical & quality standards appropriate to deliver the highest level of guest satisfaction and performance attributes while ensuring alignment with the global sourcing strategyEnsure that seasonal developments are completed as per the GTM calendarData Maintenance – Smartsheet historical data integrity/updates, support and ensure timely completion of fabric DNA profiles and E-signed Smartsheet tech specs while being nimble on how we develop fabricsProvide all necessary information and populate FlexPLM/CBX systemBe inspired to create solutions for performance athletic fabrics to enhance the guest experience, building solid foundations for the businessBuild relationships and rapport with the mills, understand and leverage their capabilities.Provide technical support for the designers and garment technical teams on fabric construction and vendors' technical capability to deliver the required productsVisit industry trade shows and fairs to gain knowledge and apply to the lululemon’s products range and SSC (Store Support Centre) visit to maintain connectivity


Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textiles, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar production environmentEffective communication in English and Mandarin, proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet research, reporting, and analysis tools, and experience working with suppliers in Asia are mandatoryStrong technical knowledge of textiles, including development techniques (i.e. fabric development process and timelines) and manufacturing processes (i.e. covering all areas of textiles from fibres, yarn, material construction, finishes and printing), and understanding of production flow, commercialisation elements, and success factors is requiredFamiliarity with industry testing standards/test reports and/or cross-functional team accountabilities and requirements, including design, sourcing, merchandising and quality assurance and calendar are preferredYou must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and provide evidence of influence within the cross-functional teamsAttention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, multi-tasking, and energised to make a difference
