As an Associate in our Product Control team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our trading desks. You will ensure the accuracy of profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and month-end close procedures. Together, we will drive robust controls and implement new business initiatives. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining the integrity of our financial operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with daily profit and loss reporting and month-end close processesProvide detailed financial analysis and reporting to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance managementPartner with the business to implement robust controls and new business initiativesDrive coordination across front and back office support functions to resolve control and reporting issuesServe as an analytical and project support resource for product controlHandle various ad-hoc requests on a daily basisHelp drive business and technology focused projects including working on risk/pnl aggregator migration

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Experience in profit and loss and month-end close processesBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related areaStrong analytical skills and attention to detail with a focus on controlExcellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
