Position Summary: You will perform the essential cleaning and inspection functions necessary to prepare railcars for transport. Job Description: This a manual labor position outside in the weather elements Climbing ladders in of heights of 16-20 feet is required Lifting up to 50lbs. throughout the shift is required at times Inspect and assist in opening and closing railcar end doors Inspect railcars for damage/fatigue Identify repairs that can be performed by Road & Rail Services Through the use of backpack blowers and various scraping devices remove all debris and other contaminates which could potentially cause vehicle damage Comply with all industry, customer and company safety regulations and operating procedures What's Required: High School Diploma/GED or Ability Valid state driver's license Desire to succeed!!
