Job Description:
The Radiology Supervisor is a working supervisor responsible for performing CT and X-ray exams, coordinating staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care in the ER and Urgent Care settings. This role also oversees associate performance, serves as a liaison to physicians and management, and ensures regulatory and departmental compliance.
Requirements:
Associates degree or higher from an institution accredited by an agency that the Americal Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) recognizes, or miliary training graduate of JCERT-accredited program required.
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, which may include a combination of Radiologic Technologist and CT Technologist roles; however, the majority of experience must be in Computed Tomography (CT).
ARRT registered with certification in Computed Tomography (CT) required.
Active licensure through the Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous lead or supervisor experience preferred.
