University of Rochester: Office of the Provost: University of Rochester Medical Center: School of Medicine and Dentistry: Imaging Sciences **Salary Range or Pay Grade** $454,000 - $495,000 **Description** The Department of Imaging Sciences at the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY, is seeking a dedicated radiologist to join the abdominal imaging division. Abdominal imaging faculty perform CT/MRI/US/Abdominal Fluoroscopy and PET/CT with internal sub-specialization in line with a faculty member’s interests. The division presently consists of 14 faculty members supported by licensed professional extenders and a dedicated radiology communication center. We provide diagnostic imaging and teaching at the primary medical center and collaborate with superb clinical colleagues. Biopsies and other procedures are performed by a separate interventional division. Overnight coverage is provided by a separate emergency radiology division. The Department of Imaging Sciences at the University of Rochester is a practice of approximately 90 radiologists and 25-30 residents and fellows, and is actively expanding fellowship, research and advocacy programs. Technical highlights include state of the art information technology, 3T MRI, a PET/MRI, Dual Energy CT and digital PET/CT.
