Overview We are seeking aRadiologic Technologist I,internally referred to as our Radiology Tech I . The Rad Tech I will be conducting diagnostic X-ray procedures. This involves operating X-ray equipment to capture images of patients' internal structures for diagnostic purposes. An important role in assisting healthcare providers by producing high-quality images that aid in diagnosing medical conditions and formulating treatment plans for our patients. No prior experience required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to): + Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures such as radiography, CT scans, mammography, bone density tests, ultrasound, and other examinations following departmental protocols + Responsible for ensuring that X-ray equipment is functioning properly and that images meet quality standards, which may involve performing equipment checks, calibrations, and troubleshooting as needed + Interact with patients to explain procedures, address concerns, and ensure their comfort and safety during X-ray examinations + Maintain accurate records of X-ray procedures, including patient information, images, and relevant medical history + Stay updated on advancements in radiologic technology and participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and certification + Operate radiographic equipment to produce high-quality images Qualifications Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers.
