Job Title: Paint Line Staging Technician
Job Description

The Paint Line Staging Technician is responsible for safely hanging and positioning parts on a conveyor system to prepare them for painting. This role supports production efficiency and quality while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Work Environment

The role is based in a manufacturing plant in NE, Minneapolis, MN. The environment is clean but may require standing for the entire shift on an assembly line, with occasional seating on a stool. The facility is air-conditioned but can get warmer due to ovens. Employees rotate assembly positions every 2 hours to maintain variety in their work. The facility is tobacco-free, and no tobacco is allowed on the property.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
