In this role, you will support the daily operations of our global payroll and accounting functions, ensuring standardized processes, accurate reporting, and seamless collaboration across multiple regions. You will play a key part in driving efficiency and consistency within our centralized financial operations model. **A typical day might include the following:** + Perform reconciliations between enterprise systems and external vendor systems + Prepare and reconcile data templates to support payroll processing across multiple global countries + Execute established accounting and payroll procedures consistently and effectively + Deliver exceptional customer service while communicating with associates and addressing inquiries + Collaborate with international teams to provide operational support across regions + Prepare schedules that impact the accounting month-end close and reporting + Coordinate and assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes + Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits and compliance reviews + Follow established governance practices, ensuring consistent compliance with internal controls and external regulations + Prepare and maintain documentation, mappings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for processes as required **This job might be for you if you:** + Hold a Bachelor's degree in fields such as Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or related areas. + Possess a minimum of 2+ years of experience in payroll, accounting, or data analysis. + Conduct vital reconciliations between enterprise systems and external vendor systems. + Prepare and reconcile data templates to facilitate payroll processing across various global countries. + Deliver outstanding customer service when presenting with associates and addressing inquiries. + Prepare various schedules that impact the accounting month-end close and reporting. + Coordinate and support the processes for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close. + Prepare and update documentation, mapping, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for processes as required. + Consistently identify and drive opportunities for efficiency and improvement proactively. + Enforce to established governance practices, ensuring regular compliance.
