We are seeking a motivated **R2R Analyst** to join our Accounting Operations team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of our global payroll and accounting functions, ensuring standardized processes, accurate reporting, and seamless collaboration across multiple regions. You will play a key part in driving efficiency and consistency within our centralized financial operations model.
**A typical day might include the following:**
+ Perform reconciliations between enterprise systems and external vendor systems
+ Prepare and reconcile data templates to support payroll processing across multiple global countries
+ Execute established accounting and payroll procedures consistently and effectively
+ Deliver exceptional customer service while communicating with associates and addressing inquiries
+ Collaborate with international teams to provide operational support across regions
+ Prepare schedules that impact the accounting month-end close and reporting
+ Coordinate and assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
+ Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits and compliance reviews
+ Follow established governance practices, ensuring consistent compliance with internal controls and external regulations
+ Prepare and maintain documentation, mappings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for processes as required
**This job might be for you if you:**
+ Hold a Bachelor's degree in fields such as Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or related areas.
+ Possess a minimum of 2+ years of experience in payroll, accounting, or data analysis.
+ Conduct vital reconciliations between enterprise systems and external vendor systems.
+ Prepare and reconcile data templates to facilitate payroll processing across various global countries.
+ Deliver outstanding customer service when presenting with associates and addressing inquiries.
+ Prepare various schedules that impact the accounting month-end close and reporting.
+ Coordinate and support the processes for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
+ Prepare and update documentation, mapping, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for processes as required.
+ Consistently identify and drive opportunities for efficiency and improvement proactively.
+ Enforce to established governance practices, ensuring regular compliance.
