**Job Title: Manufacturing Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician to join our team and collaborate closely with Engineers. This role involves working with composite materials and assisting in the production and assembly processes. **Responsibilities** + Build up, fabricate, cure, and assemble various types of composite materials under minimal supervision. + Interpret engineering drawings and diagrams that lack detailed information of all operations. + Perform tasks involving 80% layup and 20% assembly. + Read and work from blueprints, diagrams, process sheets, and assembly and schematic drawings. **Essential Skills** + Experience with composite materials and mechanical assembly. + Proficiency in reading blueprints and engineering diagrams. + Familiarity with hand tools and power tools. + 1 to 4 years of relevant experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in the aerospace industry is preferred. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company with exciting opportunities ahead.
