R&D Innovation, Strategy and Integration Intern
**Job Description** **The Position** Scope of Work + Work closely within Research and Development (R&D) Innovation Strategy and Integration (ISI) function to identify process opportunities & gather insights and requirements for initiatives. + Partner with the Strategy and Transformation, Learning and Development, and Change and Engagement sub-functions to deliver special projects on behalf of R&D. + Partner with the Director of Health Advocacy within the Strategy and Transformation sub-function to complete special projects related to women’s health advocacy. + Support change management and culture initiatives within both ISI and across the R&D organization. + Share knowledge and best practices within the ISI and overall R&D organization and with the other interns’ part of our Summer Intern program. Expected Outcomes + Execution of assigned Health Advocacy projects and documentation of learnings and outcomes. + Implementation of pilot solutions that demonstrate measurable improvements in ISI work outcomes. + Enhance ISI department toolkit & mindset with learnings from the summer internship program. + Develop candidates with expertise in R&D strategic operations, positioning them for future opportunities within Organon. **Required Education, Experience and Skills** + Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Public Health, Data Science, Business, or related field. + Demonstrated interest in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry. + Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. + Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. + Self-starter with curiosity and willingness to learn. + Interest in advancing women’s health.
