R&D Engineering Technician

Our client is seeking an R&D Engineering Technician to join their team. As an R&D Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for testing raw materials and fabricated products, along with supporting the R&D Engineering Team on other job related tasks. The ideal candidate will have ability to work independently & as part of cross-functional teams, able to work under minimal supervision and exhibit a high attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: R&D Engineering Technician**
**Location: Hanover, PA**
**Pay Rate: $25/hour to $30/hour (Will be dependent on experience level)**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Test physical properties of experimental raw materials.
+ Assist for issuing production trial runs to the plant to test new formulations or new sources of materials.
+ Maintain lab extrusion and wire fab/drawing equipment.
**Requirements**
+ Minimum 3-5 years’ experience on the job or in a related field.
+ Self-motivated and willing to take on other responsibilities throughout the lab.
+ Works well with others in a team atmosphere.
