What's the Job?

Meeting with business management, marketing, and the R&D team to discuss product ideas. Conducting market research and evaluating similar products and their functions. Collaborating with the engineering and marketing departments on product feasibility. Redesigning existing products to enhance functionality or reduce costs. Creating design projects and specification sheets.

What's Needed?

Experience in product design and development. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to analyze market trends and product performance. Proficiency in engineering design software. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
