As a Statistics Team Leader within our R&D Statistics & Programming team in Barcelona, you will report directly to the Head of R&D Statistics & Programming. You will provide leadership, guidance, and strategic input as a team manager and lead statistician on one or more project teams, accountable for all statistical aspects of assigned projects. Ready to get started? **Responsibilities:** + Manage a team of statistics and programming team leaders, principal and senior statisticians. Define team members’ priorities, conduct performance reviews, and identify development areas. Responsible for appropriate resource planning and allocation. Promote teamwork, quality, operational efficiency, and innovation. Create a productive work environment and ensure team compliance with SOPs and departmental standards + Provide statistical leadership and direct statistical support for assigned projects.
