China medical writing team is part of global medical writing team, we support the clinical document preparation for both China and global submissions. Our goal is to deliver the documents on time, with good quality and per transparency requirements. Our mission is to lead our activities with innovation and quality to make clinical trial information and drugs available to patient as quickly as possible and contribute to Sanofi business growth._ **_Main responsibilities:_** _- Create high-quality clinical documents for regulatory submissions_ _- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining compliance with standards and high quality_ _- Lead implementation of new digital technologies and AI solutions_ _- Drive process improvements for efficiency gains_ _- Mentor junior writers and review contract work_ _- Build effective relationships with stakeholders and partners_ _About you_ + **_Experience_** _:_ _- A 3+ years’ experience as medical writer._ _- Expert in 3+ types of clinical documentation preparation._ + **_Soft skills_** _:_ _-_ _Ability to communicate clinical data succinctly, clearly and accurately in writing._ _-_ _Proactive, accountable, details oriented._ _-_ _Interpersonal communication skill and a good team player and good planner._ _-_ _Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities_ + **_Technical skills_** _:_ _-_ _Professional background suggesting the ability to clearly, accurately, and concisely prepare all types of simple documentation in both English and Chinese, e.g. scientific authorship experience, editorial experience, etc._ _-_ _Proven ability to work independently and in global teams._ _-_ _Keen interest in exploring and implementing emerging innovative digital technologies, including content reuse strategies and AI-assisted document authoring solutions._ + **_Education_** _: Advanced scientific degree, Master or Ph.D. in life sciences, PharmD, or medically qualified._ + **_Languages_** _: Proven level of excellent spoken and written English, including understanding of English language usage and standardized writing styles._ _Pursue progress, discover extraordinary_ _Better is out there.
