**Job Title:** R&D Laboratory Assistant
**Location:** Montvale NJ
**Pay Range:** $28-30 per hour
**What’s the Job?**
+ Provide technical support for the Regional Operations Group for the North American business including:
+ Provide appropriate technical knowledge to work independently toward multiple project objectives within established timelines.
+ Maintain good communications with a variety of levels of RB management.
+ Maintain supplies inventory, laboratory equipment, and execute laboratory work according to required safety and quality standards, as defined in the company's SOP's. Document all work in laboratory notebooks.
+ Read, understand, and apply SOP/GLP protocols with regards to data generation for Product Registration for submission to Regulatory and EPA.
**What’s Needed?**
+ BS degree in a related science and 0-2 years experience.
+ Interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment, including cross-functional Project Teams involving members from Marketing, Supply, Manufacturing as well as R&D.
+ Organizational skills and problem-solving skills.
+ Oral communication skills to effectively provide feedback to project teams or immediate supervisor.
+ Written communication skills for accurate data entry and concise lab reports.
