**The Position**
Based in Monza and reporting to the Commercial Finance Operations Lead, you will be a key member of the Finance, IT and Business Operations Value Enablers Team. Beyond your area of responsibilities, you will be jointly accountable for the Commercial Finance Operations transformation journey, fostering an environment that promotes collaboration, and a customer centricity that inspires and motivates teams to develop and adopt an agile way of working. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the quote & strategic pricing process of the affiliate, supporting and contributing to the effectiveness of the commercial strategy. You will work in close collaboration with Finance, Commercial and marketing teams in analyzing market dynamics, competitors behaviors, pricing trends and customer willingness to pay, focusing on pricing campaign tactics, generating insights for the commercial organization to achieve the short and long term market success.
**Key responsibilities:**
● Oversee and ensure an effective and timely process of Quote & Strategic Pricing management, in coordination with the other involved functions, in order to carry out all activities for the preparation of the deal opportunities applying the company directives in terms of trade policy, pricing and company profitability (quotes & economic offers)
● Implement and execute robust yet agile and fit-for-purpose quote & strategic pricing processes contributing to the effectiveness of the commercial strategy, thereby ensure all activities are lead in efficient outcomes
● Being responsible for the performance of the quote & strategic pricing process by ensuring the adherence to the proper management of the EMEA Floor price process in coordination with Commercial Finance Value Partner team and the proper trigger approval workflow based on defined rules
● Ensure ownership and support to the main stakeholders for the proper usage of the pricing & simulation tool
● Liaise with the different functional areas, such as Commercial and Data Analytics & Commercial Finance Excellence, to produce actionable information to retain, develop and acquire sales opportunities
● Coordinate with Data Analytics & Commercial Finance Excellence and Commercial Effectiveness to perform business intelligence activities such as competitor pricing, customer price analysis, creation of a volume/price framework to ensure compliance and sustainability of customer prices
● Drive simplification and efficiency of end-to-end processes and leverage technologies to be effective in driving impacting to the outcome of customer
● Collaborate across the different functional areas strengthening the networking to deliver better outcomes and overcome barriers
●Co-own the commercial finance operations vision, strategy, strategic goals and follow up on their implementation

**Profile**
● University degree in Economics and Business; alternatively at least 3/4 years’ experience in a similar position.
● Ability to understand business context and to apply judgment towards prioritization and decision making.
● Excellent analytical skills, business acumen, result orientation and organizational skills.
● A passion for change, simplification and process improvement, as well as the ability to see through complexity and identify and remove waste.
● Excellent knowledge of the main IT tools (i.e. office package, particularly excel) and good attitude to deal with innovative technologies and data visualization tools (i.e. tableau).
● A strong desire to explore, develop, and integrate AI tools to significantly improve pricing strategies and quoting processes.
● Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, and influencing skills and ability to build trusting and productive relationships
● Entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity that is inspirational to others, generating ideas and seeing them through to action
● Good level in English and Fluency in Italian
