Description We are looking for a Quotation Specialist to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will support pricing activities by preparing, reviewing, and communicating quote requests to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer needs. This position requires a strong blend of analytical skills, product knowledge, and collaboration to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to review project specifications and define pricing requirements. • Ensure customer account and billing information is accurate and up to date. • Prepare and issue detailed quotes based on product knowledge and customer specifications. • Clarify pricing components and address inquiries from internal stakeholders as needed. • Gather and verify all necessary information to finalize pricing documentation. • Monitor and track open quotes, following up to ensure timely resolution and improvements in the quoting process. • Provide attentive customer support by addressing inquiries and concerns in line with established procedures. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of pricing processes. Requirements • Minimum of two years' experience in roles such as inside sales, operations support, or financial services. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent organizational capabilities. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Proficiency in standard office software and business systems. • Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team. • Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and occasional evening or weekend schedules. • High school diploma required; post-secondary education is a plus. • Experience in a creative or production-focused industry is preferred.
