What you will be doing:Drive SKU optimization and ensure a best-in-class digital shopping experience.Partner with Merchants, SKU Operations, and Ecomm teams to enhance data integrity and product setup.Perform product, category, and competitive analyses to identify improvement opportunities.Recommend data-driven enhancements to boost margin, conversion, and customer engagement.Maintain and optimize web selling tools and backend data management.Manage cross-functional product inquiries with accuracy and speed.What You Bring to the Table:Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to analyze data, understand key indicators, and drive decisions.What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:3+ years of Microsoft Office; Access proficiency a plus.3+ years eCommerce product experienceStrong communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with database and systems knowledge, product/category knowledgeWe Offer:Inclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource Groups.Flexible PTO (22 days) and Holiday Schedule (7 paid holidays).Online and retail discounts, Company Match 401(k).Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more!
