About the role
Cost Management: Manage costs on all MEP projects, including cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management.Procurement: Advise on procurement strategies, prepare subcontract documents, and manage the procurement of subcontractors.Contract Management: Review contract conditions, compile program-based cost to complete/project budgets, and assist in the preparation of contractual claims.Risk Management: Perform risk and value management, identify and analyze commercial risks, and develop responses.Valuation: Price up variations, value works as they progress, and agree on final accounts with clients.Reporting: Prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, and risk assessments. Maintain accurate records of project expenses.Compliance: Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and health and safety regulations.Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with site managers, clients, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Delegate tasks to subordinates as required.Continuous Improvement: Encourage and develop teamwork, identify problems, and offer solutions to improve service delivery.About You
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringProfessional certifications or memberships in relevant institutions3-5 years of experience in M&E work within the construction industryExperience with cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management of M&E projectsAbility to handle challenging work demands and tight schedulesWhy join Cushman & Wakefield?
