Quantity Surveyor Job ID 231378 Posted 27-Jan-2026 Service line PJM Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Construction, Quantity Surveying Location(s) Dublin - Dublin - Ireland, London - England - United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland **Company Profile **   CBRE Project Management and Turner and Townsend joined forces at the beginning of 2025, and together, we are the only global, full-service building consulting, design, program, project and cost management offering in the world.  **Job Title: Quantity Surveyor** You will join our on-account team, working on one of our largest pharmaceutical clients, where youwill have direct accountability for cost management delivery across their real estate portfolio. **We are open the location of Dublin or London** + Manage all facets of cost management for single real estate projects throughout the planning, design, + construction, occupancy, and closeout. + Assess basic project scope and client needs to develop and present recommended budgets for necessary pre-bid and pre-construction cost estimating and cost planning services. + Partner with project teams to source and oversee the pre-bid and pre-construction services associated with the + development of a project budget and cost plan. + Work with the client and Project Managers to ensure all work is funded in compliance with the client's internal + policies. + Ensure all contracts include required language aligned with lease requirements for the solicitation of all landlord + contributions. + Review and report all bid responses to the client. Include recommendations for items such as allowances, + contingencies, and reserves. + Align cost plan with project master schedule. Establish a strategy to manage cash flows and project accruals + and report progress. + Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex + assignments and provide innovative solutions. + Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job + disciplines within the function. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and + convince others to reach an agreement. + Impact a range of operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams. + Work within broad guidelines and policies. + Explain difficult or sensitive information. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3 years + of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. + Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. + Sophisticated math skills.
