Job Description Summary

Responsible for the coordination of projects, including small tenant improvements, assignments, capital improvements and building or site repairs for properties; may provide project management support to Project Managers or Directors for designated projects.

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents to ensure project financial viability.Monitor project progress and perform cost control to manage expenditures and identify variances.Evaluate and negotiate contracts, manage claims, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Construction, or a related technical field preferredMinimum of 2 years’ experience in architecture, construction, or project management requiredStrong analytical, communication, and cost estimation skills essential for project execution and stakeholder collaboration
