As a Quant Analytics Manager within the Open Banking Data & Analytics team, you leverage advanced analytics to inform product development, optimize features, and guide strategic decisions. You collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, foster innovation, and drive continuous improvement across our products.

Job responsibilities

Own the Reporting and Automation function for Open Banking Data & Analytics, ensuring high standards in data qualityIdeate and implement industry best practices in reporting and analyticsUnderstand and translate business needs into robust data models supporting long-term solutionsCreate data models using best practices to ensure high data quality and reduced redundancyRationalize complex normalized data sets for ease of cross-organizational consumptionPartner with the line of business and broader Data & Analytics organization to understand requirements and objectivesDeliver actionable insights that drive continuous improvement and innovation

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Twelve years of experience with advanced knowledge of SQL, Alteryx, and TableauExperience building and designing with Hadoop, Teradata, Oracle, SQL DB, and SnowflakeFive years of team management experience, including managing team members at different levelsAdept at explaining and converting complex dashboards into digestible information for diverse audiencesStrong critical and analytical thinking with attention to detailCapable of defining metrics, evaluating results, and drawing business insightsExcellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience in Open Banking or financial services analyticsAdvanced degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Computer ScienceProven ability to foster innovation and drive continuous improvementStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
