As a Quant Analytics Associate within the Card Data & Analytics team, you translate customer data into insights that influence rewards and marketing strategies. You collaborate with diverse teams to deliver analytics projects that support business objectives and enhance customer experience.

Job responsibilities

Analyze customer performance, segmentation, and targeting to optimize rewards strategiesCollaborate with product and finance teams to deliver analytical agendasDrive end-to-end analytics for campaign strategies, including performance measurement and ad hoc analysisPartner with marketing managers to optimize campaigns and develop new strategiesProvide timely analytics for key trends by analyzing large datasetsSynthesize data into actionable insights for business and marketing strategiesDeliver practical data insights to senior leadership through presentations and visualizations

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as business, data science, finance, economics, engineering, or mathematicsFive years of experience in quantitative analytics for financial productsFive years of experience querying big data platforms and analyzing data with visualization toolsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficient in creating analytical datasets using SQL, SAS, or AlteryxSkilled in generating analytical insights using Tableau or ExcelExperience designing and coding automation frameworksProficient in critical thinking and problem solving
