As a Quant Analytics Associate within the Consumer and Community Banking Data & Analytics team, you will support advanced analytics projects across operational functions, channels, and products. You will help drive business outcomes and improve customer experience by providing complete analytics support and maintaining strong controls.

Job responsibilities

Lead partnerships with key stakeholders and product groups, applying strong understanding of business drivers, data, and processesProvide analytics leadership for demand mitigation programs across the servicing organizationCollaborate with teams to map data flows from processes to databasesDevelop and report on operational performance metrics and KPIs using analytical tools to improve business functionsAnalyze customer interactions across channels to identify journeys and friction pointsManage deliverables to gain insights and enhance monitoring processesPrepare and deliver presentations with actionable insights for executive audiences

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related fieldFour years of related experienceHands-on experience with SQL, Alteryx, Python, and TableauExperience in data quality control and resolving data discrepanciesFamiliarity with data mining, statistical modeling, machine learning, and advanced analytics methodsExperience delivering analytics solutions using Agile methodologiesStrong communication and presentation skills with senior leaders
