As a Quant Analytics Associate within the Consumer and Community Banking Data and Analytics organization, you support advanced analytics projects across various operational functions, channels, and products. Your role is crucial in enhancing the customer experience by providing comprehensive analytics support to maintain better controls within the firm.
Job Responsibilities:
Supports and leads partnerships with key Ops stakeholders and Ops Product groups, with a strong understanding of business drivers, underlying data, and processes.Provides data and analytics leadership across the servicing organization to support demand mitigation programs.Leads the development and reporting of Ops performance metrics and KPIs using analytical tools such as trend analysis, segmentation, and optimization to improve business function performance.Analyzes customer interactions across various channels (calls, branch, online, mobile) to understand customer journeys and friction points.Manages multiple deliverables focused on gaining insights into various issues and questions that arise through current monitoring processes and enhance existing monitoring processes.Prepares and delivers presentations summarizing insights and conclusions for executives in regularly-scheduled analytics meetings.Supports the creation of dashboards and visualizations to measure the impact of implemented products and provide management with self-service tools to explore and report on current trends of key metrics.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Minimum four years of related experience. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field.Hands-on experience with SQL, Alteryx and Tableau.Knowledge in Statistics ((hypothesis testing, A/B testing)Experience delivering analytics solutions following an Agile (Scrum or Kanban) methodology.Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders to enable collaboration, decision-making, and transparency, with excellent presentation skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage and deliver in an innovation-driven and fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Python programming skills. SASFamiliarity with data mining, statistical modeling, machine learning, and other advanced analytics methodsCredit Cards industry background , Marketing analytics background
