As a Quant Analytics Associate Senior in the Connected Commerce Chase Travel Analytics team, you will collaborate with product owners to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. You will help shape customer engagement by defining metrics, sourcing data, and creating reports that drive business outcomes.

Create high-quality data points to ensure accuracy and minimize redundancyRationalize complex data sets for cross-organizational useTranslate data into meaningful insights and present compelling stories to stakeholdersProduce, optimize, and automate reports to support business needsAnalyze travel-related data to understand customer behavior and trendsMonitor and assess the impact of guardrails on customer journeys for seamless booking experiencesDesign and conduct experiments to measure the effectiveness of new features or changes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Degree in a quantitative or related fieldStrong knowledge of Adobe AnalyticsDemonstrated initiative and ability to complete tasks independentlyExperience with experimentation techniques for data analysis and presentationIntermediate proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, and TableauExperience working with Hadoop, Teradata, Oracle, and SQL databasesAbility to explain and convert complex concepts for diverse audiences
